Meet Nadine Ackerman: Your Global Visionary and Localization Champion
Hi, I’m Nadine, founder of Global Blueprint Consulting. With more than 20 year experience working in localization for industry leaders such as Intel, BlackBerry, Choice Hotels International, Autodesk, Datto, and Scaled Agile, I have seen firsthand the challenges businesses face when expanding internationally. Having worked and lived in various countries and cultures around the world, I have gained a unique understanding of what global collaboration truly entails.
As a trained agile team coach, I excel at building strong relationships and bringing together cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align on shared goals. I have managed multilingual projects in 30+ languages, trained teams of 200+ engineers on localization best practices, and worked with stakeholders to create scalable, effective solutions. As a bilingual professional and certified SAFe® 6 SPC, I combine technical expertise with a passion for connecting people and cultures.
Outside of work, chocolate and coffee are two of my favorite things, and I enjoy indulging in both whenever I can. I am also an avid soccer fan with a strong loyalty to Mainz 05, my hometown Bundesliga club in Germany. I spent my college years studying in London, then lived in Australia for a while before I eventually relocated to the U.S. These experiences have provided me with a unique global perspective and are the reason behind my passion for diverse cultures.
I currently live in South Carolina, right outside of Charlotte with my husband and son, and in my leisure time, I appreciate spending time with our two dogs, Nina, our 12-year-old German Shepherd, and Otis, our energetic super-mutt puppy who doubles as our office mascot.
